An Executive Law Group
attorney will evaluate your claims, or claims against you, and will:

(2) discuss whether your former employer may have an
obligation to defend/indemnify you;
(3) advise whether a claim against you may be covered by
insurance, and how the claim might be tendered to an insurance provider;
(4) evaluate the pros and cons of litigation, including
the likely impact on your personal life, your stature in the business community and your
career; and
(5) explore with you methods of reaching resolution
without initiating or continuing litigation.
Executive Law Group does not routinely accept the
representation of Executives who wish to sue their employers on wrongful discharge or
related claims. Rather, the litigation Executive Law Group most often accepts arises
out of our representation. For example, if we advise an Executive that she has
"Good Reason" under a contract of employment to resign and receive a severance
package, and the employer subsequently refuses to pay, Executive Law Group may
litigate that claim. |
Delivery
of
Services and Pricing:
Executive Law Group
attorneys provide litigation assessment and advisory services at $435-$485 per hour.
A one-time administrative fee of $100 will be added to the first hour
of consultation.
While in a rare case, Executive Law Group may consider representing an Executive on a
contingency fee basis, by far the majority of all litigation is charged at the firm's
hourly litigation rates.
If Executive Law Group is willing to prosecute your claims, or defend you in litigation,
we will send you a letter setting out Executive Law Group's litigation rates and the terms
and conditions under which litigation will be accepted.
