Clarence H. Carter
General Manager

Considered a pioneer in the field of interactive communications, Mr. Carter possesses over fifteen years of experience in direct response, legal, healthcare, and consumer electronics marketing and advertising.

During the past six years, Mr. Carter has developed his interactive marketing communications skills working with such prestigious clients as Lexus Automobiles, Nakamichi Audio, Frederick's of Hollywood and Bell Industries.  His insight and analytical abilities have also been tapped to foster the evolution of web sites for Andersen Consulting, Texas Instruments and Service Master.

Mr. Carter has extensive marketing and advertising experience in the legal field. For over five years, Mr. Carter was an Account Supervisor at Asher/Gould Advertising, a Los Angeles-based retail advertising agency, where he was responsible for all aspects of advertising for the Law Offices of Larry H. Parker, a well-known personal injury attorney.  With precise target marketing towards its key demographic, the campaign developed the slogan "Larry Parker got me $2.1 million," into a household phrase in the Los Angeles broadcast market.  Also of significant note, working with attorneys for actress Pamela Anderson regarding the wrongful distribution of the infamous "Pamela and Tommy Home Video," Mr. Carter's investigative and marketing skills, and knowledge of the Internet, contributed directly to the first ever court-approved service of temporary injunction and restraining orders via the World Wide Web.

Mr. Carter plays a key role in the development of Executive Law Group's overall business development strategy and personally heads the development of the execlaw.com web site, its traditional and interactive marketing elements, and back-end operations.

Mr. Carter personally interacts with all clients and often is the first point of contact during the engagement of Executive Law Group's services.  His ability to help executives and professionals immediately identify and evaluate their legal requirements, significantly streamlines the entire consultation process.
